We accept Czech Koruna (CZK), Euro (EUR), British Pounds (GBP) and US Dollars (USD).
Do you accept credit cards in the car?
Yes, we accept following cards: VISA, MC, JCB, AMEX, DCI.
Is it possible to pay online in advance?
Yes it is possible to pay online using a secure system. You can use following credit/debit cards: VISA, MC, AMEX, Maestro, Solo, Switch, Delta, Visa Electron cards.
How long does it take to go from Prague Airport to the city centre?
The journey takes approximately 25 minutes depending on the traffic situation in Prague.
Should I pay whole amount upon my arrival?
If you have booked a return transfer, we kindly ask you to pay the whole amount upon your arrival. The driver will provide you with a transport voucher with all your travel details. Upon your departure you will give this voucher to the driver as a proof of payment.
How do I recognize my driver at the Airport?
Your driver will wait in the arrival hall and will hold a card with your name (name of your group, company logo etc.).
I’m not sure about my suitable pick up time.
Recomended pick up time is 2.5 hours before your flight departure. Our drivers are used to check the pick up time with clients. Anyway, feel free to ask your driver.
I haven’t receive confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder and if you have written your email address properly. If everything seems to be all right, please contact us and we will send you a new confirmation email.

How can I book the transfer? How long before my trip?
The easiest way how to book a transfer is to fill in the form on our websites. You will receive the confirmation email within a few hours. If you have special requests or prefer to contact us via email or phone, we are here for you.
Do you offer transfers outside of Prague?
Yes. We provide transport to any city in the Czech Republic and abroad as well. Please contact us for the exact price.
What if we need to pick up our keys first or are staying at some different hotels?
Please put a note to your booking. The key pick up is without extra charge up to two hotels on the way. For more than two stops there might be a charge.
Will you wait for us if our flight would be delayed? Do you charge extra?
We check all flights on-line and wait for our clients. We don’t charge extra for this.
Is your service nonstop?
Yes, we provide 24/7 service.
Can I change my booking?
If you need to change your booking please contact us via email or phone.
What if I have special requests? (baby chairs, assistance)
Please put a note to your booking. We will confirm your requests in the confirmation email.
Do you guarantee refunds or compensation?
If we fail to provide service we promised, you will get your money back or we will compensate the service.
I need to transport extra large luggage/bicycle/ski with me.
Please put a note to your booking, so we can provide suitable car for you. There is no extra charge.
Should I give a tip to my driver?
If you are satisfied with the service you were given, you can tip about 10-20%.
